This is a leotard tutu not a regular dress It's flitted at the top and layered tulle at the waist is meant to look short for a classic tutu leotard look. Please review the size chart for measurements or feel free to ask questions before placing an order if you do not want a fitted ballerina look then I suggest sizing up. I will not be responsible for you ordering the wrong size.
